GeriRose Garden Apartments

The GeriRose Apartments

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development funded the project, which opened in January 2004.  The  Apartment Complex has 11 units, with one and two bedroom units available.

Each single consists of a single bedroom, kitchen bathroom and living/dining room total square footage is 800 sq. feet.

The apartments, which are fully accessible will be rented out at a reasonable rate, based on income.  Rent and utilities will be subsidized by HUD. The complex is also on a rural transportation route for easy access to shopping and local businesses.

 

Services Available:

There is a part-time Maintenance Coordinator available to all residents Monday thru Friday as well as a Supervisor who is frequently available in his office, located in the Gerirose apartment building.  The apartment complex has a large community room and laundry facilities.
